Local Information Vol.8 "Rafting"

Experience the majestic nature of Gunma Prefecture's Tone River on a rafting tour. Enjoy the thrill of rowing down the rapids and the soothing sensation of letting yourself go with the flow. We'll introduce activities that can be enjoyed by everyone, from beginners to experienced rafters and families.

Rafting Tour Overview
Event period: Mid-April to late September
Target age: 10 years old and above (from July onwards, first grade and above are also accepted)
Venue: Akagi Base (169 Tsukuda, Akagi-cho, Shibukawa-shi, Gunma Prefecture)
Fee:
・One-day course (approximately 5 hours) from ¥10,500
・Half-day course (approximately 3 hours) from ¥5,500
*Elementary school students receive a 1,000 yen discount
　
Meeting time: Morning session 9:00 / Afternoon session 13:00
BBQ pack: +¥2,000 (equipment and ingredients included)
What to bring
Swimsuits, a change of clothes, towels, and in the summer we recommend a T-shirt and shorts. Shoes can be rented for free.
*The event will be held rain or shine. However, if it is cancelled due to heavy rain, the date will be changed or a refund will be given.
