Start with colorful appetizers such as salads made with chrysanthemum greens and mushrooms, and eggplant with meat and miso sauce. Enjoy the rich flavors of chawanmushi (savory egg custard) with chicken and mushrooms.

The fish dish is salmon with a fragrant burdock root sauce and finished with seasonal vegetables.

The main course is wine beef grilled on a hoba leaf. By grilling it while mixing it with special miso, you can enjoy the aroma of the hoba leaf and the delicious flavor of the miso.
